Traveler Advisory - January 1st, 2008USM-I / Embassy AirTrans mission is to facilitate the airlift of US Department of State (DoS) personnel. Should our mission not fly on its scheduled day, due to weather, maintenance issues, lack of aircraft or any other unforeseen circumstance, that mission will be cancelled. With the reduction of available aircraft we are unable to reschedule our missions for the following day as we have done in the past. We will make every effort to facilitate airlift for DoS personnel on the date they wished to travel should other means of transportation be available to us. All other passengers will be responsible for rescheduling themselves on either the next available USM-I / Embassy AirTrans mission or sign up for space available travel with the Military Passenger Terminal at your departure location. We can not roll-over passengers to the next mission. We regret any inconvenience this may cause our passengers. NOTE: USM-I / Embassy AirTrans missions are US Department of State focused airlift. We utilize available aircraft owned and operated by the United States Air Force. The US Department of Defense pays for these missions. Each passenger is billed according to their agency’s or company’s agreement with the Department of Defense. NOTE: All flights are subject to change at any time. |
